THEOLOGY DOESN'T HAVE TO BE COMPLICATED.

A BRAND-NEW LOOK. THE SAME TRUSTED BIBLICAL TEACHING. NOW GREATLY EXPANDED!

Introducing the newly released Second Edition of Theology for the Rest of Us: Key Bible Doctrines in Everyday Language by Kelly E. Nix.

First published in 2017, Theology for the Rest of Us returns with a redesigned cover, expanded content, and valuable new study resources—all while preserving the Scripture-centered teaching, doctrinal convictions, and straightforward approach of the original edition.

The look is new. The biblical foundation remains unchanged.

What does the Bible teach about God, His nature, His purpose for humanity, and His plan of salvation? How can ordinary believers develop a sound understanding of biblical doctrine without years of theological training?

Written from a conservative Oneness Apostolic perspective, this book rests on a simple conviction: God gave us His Word to reveal truth, not to make it inaccessible.

Rather than relying on complicated terminology or inherited religious traditions, Nix examines what Scripture says, allowing the Bible to interpret itself and explaining essential doctrines in clear, everyday language.

WHAT'S NEW IN THE SECOND EDITION?

★ AN ENTIRELY NEW CHAPTER ON ESCHATOLOGY

This major addition explores the biblical study of last things, including the return of Jesus Christ, the resurrection, the Tribulation, the Millennium, final judgment, and eternity.

Written in the same accessible style as the original chapters, this expanded treatment helps readers understand biblical prophecy and God's ultimate plan.

★ A NEW GLOSSARY OF THEOLOGICAL TERMS

Unfamiliar theological language doesn't have to be intimidating. The new glossary explains important terms and concepts, making this edition an even more useful resource for students, ministers, and everyday believers.

★ A NEW COMPREHENSIVE SUBJECT INDEX

Quickly locate discussions of key doctrines, biblical subjects, and theological concepts. Whether preparing a sermon, teaching a Bible study, or researching a doctrinal question, the new index makes finding relevant information easier.

★ EXPANDED AND UPDATED CONTENT

The Second Edition includes updated references, additional explanations, and editorial refinements throughout. The foundational teaching remains intact, but the expanded material makes this the most complete version of the book to date.
